Custom Doormat Listing - Read description for information

This listing is for those of you customers that are looking for a custom designed doormat. There is a small designing fee added onto this listing for my time. Please email me with the design idea that you're looking for and we'll go from there. The extra $5 designing fee will give you 3 minor changes made to the design I create for you that you originally approve. Feel free to go out to Etsy and look for designs that you like as well and email the listings to me or send screenshots of them.  Please make sure you're including SVG in your search. For example "Funny Doormat SVG" I need SVG files so that I can cut out the stencil for your doormat. Any questions beforehand please email me at mastiffmamadesigns@gmail.com and I'll help you out. MY DOORMATS:

All of my doormats are made to order. 

The doormats are made of 100% natural coir and do a wonderful job of helping keep dirt, etc. from coming inside of your home. I hand paint each doormat with an all-weather paint and then spray them with a UV sealant. The doormats are made with natural fibers that vary in color. Meaning each mat will not look exactly like what's pictured on this listing. Some mats may be lighter or darker than what is pictured. Each mat has its own imperfections which make them unique. They come with a thick vinyl backing to ensure it will not easily slip around.

These make wonderful single door doormats. For example your front door.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Even though each doormat is sprayed with a UV sealant please keep in mind these are decorative doormats. Meaning you need to keep your mat as dry as possible and if at all possible keep it under a covered porch, etc. to extend the life of your doormat. By keeping your doormats dry this will help avoid darkening of the fibers. These decorative doormats are not meant for heavy use. You will want to keep these doormats away from items such as salt in the winter, as salt will eat away at the design over time. 

When it comes time to clean your doormat you can give it a few good shakes. The coir material will shed but the shedding is caught in the mat unless you turn it upside down and shake it. You can either shake it or vacuum it every few weeks when it's dry to help keep it clean.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME:

My current processing time is 1-2 1/2 weeks for custom doormats.  This timeline does not include the shipping time, weekends, holidays, or set vacation dates that will be posted in my Facebook group. Once shipped please understand that it is out of my hands and we're at the mercy of either UPS or USPS carrier service. If you have any issues please refer to my FAQ page. If you purchased the Route package protection then you will file a claim directly with them in the event your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. They handle everything related to that.
