Once your order is dropped off at a USPS or UPS facility or picked up by a USPS or UPS carrier Mastiff Mama Designs is not responsible for any delays in receiving your order, damage to your order, etc. We cannot guarantee you will receive your order by a set date. It is all dependent upon USPS or UPS facilities.
