How long is TAT (turn around time)?

Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frame. Some items like doormats or shirts can take up to 20-24 business days to process before shipping especially if it's a shirt order I don't keep in stock or to allow time to order doormat stencils. Turn around time is 7-24 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn Around Time Does Not include weekends, holidays, or owners vacation days ​(these will be listed on the website when applicable).

Do you accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns?

No exchanges or returns are accepted on t-shirts, tumblers, etc. from Mastiff Mama Designs. Once your order is placed, we do not cancel orders. So please make sure you are a 100% wanting your items before placing your order.

What if I need an item by a certain time?

Please first email me at: mastiffmamadesigns@gmail.com before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the timeframe you need it. Please allow 24-48 hours for me to respond and remember my business schedule is Mon-Fri 9 a.m. PST-5 p.m. PST excluding weekends, holidays, and planned vacations which will be shared on my Facebook Mastiff Mama Designs VIP group.

What if I receive a damaged or inaccurate item?

If your purchase arrives damaged or you receive inaccurate items, you must send an email to mastiffmamadesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of it being delivered. Please include a brief explanation, your order number, and pictures in your email. Allow 24-48 hours for me to review and provide a response. Please take into account my working days are Monday-Friday when waiting for your response. Thank you.

What if my order is lost?

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS or UPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS or UPS.

What if an order is shipped to an incorrect address?

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Mastiff Mama Designs is not responsible for packages that are non-delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again. No refunds will be issued.

Where can I go to get information on delays?

Please join Mastiff Mama Designs on Facebook for order updates. If there is ever an order delay, it will be found in our group. We do our best to keep our customers informed on their orders. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Why doesn't my item look exactly like what's pictured on the website?Collapsible row

Each item is made to order and is unique. There may be a slight difference in color/vibrancy from the screen to the finished product.

Do you take custom order requests?

We do handle most custom order requests. If you're interested in a custom item, please send an email mastiffmamadesigns@gmail.com and include a description of what you're looking for along with a picture if available. Allow 24-48 hours for me to review and provide a response. Please take into account my working days are Monday-Friday when waiting for your response. After we've discussed if it's something we can create for you I'll then create a custom product listing for you and let you know when it has been added to the website. Then please go out to that listing, review the description, and complete the necessary information and check out. Thank you.

Do you ship outside of the states to Canada, Australia, etc.?

I looked into adding shipping options to Canada & Australia. Unfortunately, it was going to be too costly to add on those features on my website. If you're in one of those 2 places feel free to email me at mastiffmamadesigns@gmail.com and we can discuss further. I may be able to invoice you for the items you'd like. The easiest way would be for you to shop my website and add the items you'd like to order to your cart and send me a screenshot of your cart.

What do I put in Customization Tab on each listing?

I have to have that customization tab on every listing. I apologize for the confusion. If I'm not asking you for names, dates, etc within that listing then it doesn't apply to you. Which means you can put anything in there for example say hi, put in a punctuation mark, etc. That will allow then allow you to add that item into your cart.
